  • Ability to read route card to determine what hardware and how many are used.
  • Ability to use plexus gun.
  • Ability to grind hardware location and hardware if needed without grinding powder coat.
  • Ability to install hardware with proper fixtures.
  • Ability to properly seat part before install.

List of General Responsibilities:

  • Housekeeping.
  • Put tools away at end of shift.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Works independently.
  • Interface well with others.
  • Verifies material is on hand and correctly labeled.

  • Root cause of quality issues that arise & proper procedure to correct problem.

  • Attentive to work environment.
  • Where to find and how to use SDS information.
  • Ability to take direction.
  • What application of support to use to lift heavy awkward parts.
  • Occasional 50# lifting.
  • Safety guidelines and proper PPE for position.
